宁村水库重力坝初步设计计算书一、工程等级的确定(一)原理:拟定泄水建筑物,进行调洪计算,求得校核洪水位,再根据附图1(宁村水库水位~库容关系曲线)查得水库总库容,最终根据规范《水利水电工程等级划分及洪水标准》SL252-2000确定工程等级。(二)计算过程:已知:在校核洪水(0.2%)下,Q=588m3/s;正常蓄水位126.50m;死水位106.00m。坝址岩层以砂岩为主,夹泥岩和页岩,砂岩抗压强度较高,但泥岩、页岩抗压强度稍低,其允许承载能力为0.6~0.7MPa,岩层倾向上游,岩石节理、裂隙发育,整体性稍差,并夹有软薄层,抗滑能力较低。下游河道平均水深2米左右。预计采用消能效果较好的消能工。综合地质条件、下游河道水深、枢纽布置和消能工设计,因此,通过技术经济比较后选定单宽流量q=22.61m3/(s·m)。则堰顶宽b=Q/q=588/22.61=26m由Hd=(0.7~0.95)H校,取Hd=0.8H校即Hw/Hd=0.8查图3可得m=0.512式中:Hd为定型设计水头,m;Hw为堰上水头,m。根据公式Q=ε1σsmnbH3/2,式中:ε1:侧收缩系数,与边墩、闸墩及闸墩头部的型式、堰孔的数目、堰孔的尺寸、全大大大大的水头等有关,ε1=0.9~0.95,取ε1=0.90;σs:淹没系数,为自由出流σs=1;n:堰孔数,本设计中为1;m:流量系数,由计算得出m=0.512;b:堰顶宽,由计算得出b=26m;g取9.81m2/s。带入公式有:H校=[Q/(ε1smnb)]2/3=[588/()]2/3=4.97mHd=0.85H校=0.8*4.97=3.98m查水位~库容关系表确定总库容V总=565(万m3)根据工程效益、总库容查询规范SL252—2000,该工程的等别为Ⅳ等,水工建筑物级别为3级。二、孔口尺寸拟定及设计洪水位、校核洪水位的确定(一)堰顶高程的拟定因为是开敞式溢流坝身泄水,并无调节等要求,因此堰顶高程就是正常蓄水位高程,即为126.50m。(二)堰顶溢流前沿宽度的拟定28 因为砂岩中还夹有泥岩、页岩等,砂岩本身强度也不高,且不完整,因此从消能防冲考虑,应按破碎岩石处理,单宽流量q=20~50m3/s,又综合考虑了以上四方面的因素,初步选定单宽流量q=22.61m3/(s·m),按渲泄最大洪水时的流量Q校=588m3/s考虑,得到溢流前沿宽度为:L=Q校/q=588/22.61=26m(一)设计洪水位、校核洪水位的计算1、原理:试算法。首先假定一个堰上水头H设,计算H设/Hd值,查附图3,宁村水库Hw/Hd与流量系数m关系曲线,得出流量系数m,代入公式Q=ε1σsmnbH设3/2求出设计洪水H设。与资料给的设计洪水(2%)Q设=450m3/s比较,误差不超过1%即可。2、已知:由以上计算知堰顶高程为126.50m,单宽流量q=22.61m3/s,及前沿宽度L=26m。由确定工程等级过程推求得校核洪水位为Z校=126.50+4.97=131.47m。3、计算过程:通过多次试算结果简单列表如下:(表1)方案堰上水头H设(m)HdH设/Hd流量系数m设计洪水Q设(m3/s)设计洪水(2%)Q设(m3/s)误差一4.853.981.2190.511565.71450.0020.45%二4.503.981.1310.508502.63450.0010.47%三4.203.981.0550.504449.65450.000.08%经过多次试算,方案一、二、不满足设计规范,方案三满足设计要求。故选定方案三作为设计依据。即H设=4.20m。推求设计洪水位:Z设=4.20+126.50=130.70m。三、挡水坝设计(一)坝顶高程的确定重力坝坝顶高程按坝顶上游防浪墙顶高程计,按下式计算,取其大值。防浪墙顶高程=设计洪水位+△h设防浪墙顶高程=校核洪水位+△h校其中设计洪水位、校核洪水位已计算得出,只需求△h即可。△h=h1%+hz+hc式中:h1%:累计频率为1%时的波浪高度;hz:波浪中心线高于静水位的高度;hc:安全加高,按表5选用。28 表2安全加高hc运用情况坝的级别123设计情况(基本情况)0.70.50.4校核情况(特殊情况)0.50.40.3根据官厅水库公式求h1%、hz:1、设计情况①波高:hl=0.0166*V05/4D1/3=0.0166*305/4*31/3=1.681m由于gD/Vo2=9.81*3000/302=32.7在(20,250)之间,故为累计频率为5%的波高。参照SL274-2001《碾压式土石坝设计规范》估算累计频率为1%的波高:h1%=1.24*h5%=2.084②波长:L=10.4(h1%)0.8=10.4*(2.084)0.8=18.713m③壅高:hz=(πh1%2/L)cth(2πH)/L=0.729m④查表5得hc=0.4因此△h=h1%+hz+h=2.084+0.0.729+0.4=3.213mH=130.7+3.213=133.91m2、校核情况①波高:h1%=0.707*1.24=0.877m②波长:L=10.4(h1%)0.8=10.4*(0.877)0.8=9.363m③壅高:hz=(πh1%2/L)cth(2πH)/L=0.258m④查表5得hc=0.3因此△h=h1%+hz+h=0.877+0.258+0.3=1.44mH=131.47+1.44=132.91m相比取大者,所以坝顶高程为133.91m。(二)建基面高程的确定根据该坝的地形地质条件,建基面可设在弱风化处,在高程为85m~86m附近,该设计取建基面高程为84.00m(三)坝顶宽度的确定根据《混凝土重力坝规范》SDJ21-78,坝顶宽度应根据设备布置运行检修施工和交通等需要确定,并应考虑抗震特大洪水时抢护以及其他特殊要求。坝顶宽度一般取(8%~10%)H,且不小于2m。常态混凝土坝坝顶最小宽度为3m,碾压混凝土坝为5m。H=133.91-84=49.91mB=(0.08~0.1)H=(0.08~0.1)*49.91=4.00~4.91m考虑施工要求,取B=5.0m(四)上下游坝坡坡率及起坡点位置的确定28 根据工程经验,一般情况下,上游坡率n=0~0.2,下游坡率m=0.6~0.8。根据宁村水库工程地质条件,初拟n=0.2,m=0.8。1、上游面设置为垂直,不设起坡2、下游起坡点起坡高程可按基本三角形顶点约在正常蓄水位以上拟定,且低于坝顶高程,如下图。G点为下游坝坡坡面延长线与上游面交点。F点为下游起坡点。(坝顶高程为133.91m,正常蓄水位为126.50m,建基面高程为84m。)①当J点恰好在正常蓄水位与上游坝面交点时:BJ=AG=133.91-126.50=7.41mGF=5/0.8=6.25mAF=AG+GF=13.66m②当J点恰好在坝顶与上游坝面交点时:BJ=AG=0mGF=45/0.8=6.25mAF=AG+GF=6.25m因此,设计中AF应在6.25~13.66之间,取AF=8m。FI=AH-AF=49.04-10=39.04m3、重力坝底宽DEDE=41.91*0.8+5=38.53m(五)坝面优化通过电算对比分析,可知最优方案为:下游起坡高程:125.91m;下游坡比:0.8;坝顶宽度:5m;该工况下单位工程量最省:952.1m3。(五)坝体强度稳定承载力极限状态设计详见:附表一:挡水坝电算方案(六)坝体上游面拉应力的正常使用极限状态设计详见:附表一:挡水坝电算方案(七)坝体应力分析详见:附表一:挡水坝电算方案四、溢流坝设计(一)溢流坝断面设计溢流堰断面设计包括上游直线段,堰顶曲线段、下游曲线段、下游直线段以及反弧段528 个部分组成。设计要求:⑴有较高的流量系数,泄流能力大;⑵水流平顺,不产生不利的负压和空蚀破坏;⑶体形简单、造价低,便于施工。①上游直线段在该设计中,由于挡水坝已经确定,故为了不使挡水坝产生侧向水压力,则溢流坝的上游直线段设计与挡水坝保持一致。②堰顶曲线段WES剖面堰顶曲线如右图。堰顶O1点为坐标原点(0,0),曲线采用三段复合圆弧相接。这样做可使堰顶曲线与堰上游面平滑连接,改善了堰面压强分布,减小了负压。三段复合圆弧的半径R如图中所示。R1=0.5Hd=0.5*3.98=2.0mR2=0.2Hd=0.2*3.98=0.8mR3=0.04Hd=0.04*3.98=0.16m三段复合圆弧水平坐标值:0.175Hd=0.175*3.98=0.70m0.276Hd=0.276*3.98=1.10m0.282Hd=0.282*3.98=1.12m③下游曲线段该剖面堰顶O1点下游的曲线由公式(y/Hd)=k(x/Hd)n计算,式中系数k及指数n决定于堰上游面的坡度,取k=2.0,n=1.85,代入上述公式得:x1.85=2.0Hd0.85y式中的Hd为不包括行近流速水头的剖面设计水头,Hd=3.98m。计算与下游直线段衔接处点A的坐标。由于溢流坝与挡水坝衔接部分有导墙连接,从工程实用和经济等方面综合考虑,拟定下游直线段的坡度m2=0.8。对y求导,y"=1.85*x0.85/2.0Hd0.85=1/m2,x0.85=2.0Hd0.85/(1.85*m2)=2.0*3.980.85/(1.85*0.8)=4.99m求得:xA=5.67m,yA=3.83m,即A(5.67,3.83)。x01234565.67y00.140.491.031.762.663.733.83④反弧段溢流坝面反弧段是使溢流面下泄水流平顺转向的工程措施,通常采用圆弧曲线,反弧半径应结合下游消能设施来确定。根据DL5108—1999《混凝土重力坝设计规范》规定:对于挑流消能,R=(4~10)h。h为校核洪水位闸门全开时反弧段最低点处的水深。28 查资料下游水位~流量关系曲线,校核洪水(0.2%)下,Q=588m3/s时的下游水位为94m。地面高程84m,挑砍高度1.5~1m,初步拟定为1m。则有挑砍高程为94+1=95m。上游水位至挑砍高程S1=133.91-95=38.91m流能比KE=q/(S11.5)=22.61/(*38.911.5)=0.030坝面流速系数=0.880鼻砍断面流速=24.31m/s反弧段最低点处的水深h=q/v=22.61/24.31=0.930m因为反弧段流速愈大,要求反弧半径愈大。当流速小于16m/s时,取下限;流速大时,宜采用较大值。鼻砍断面流速为24.31m/s,初拟R=(8~10)h=7.44~9.30m。取R=9m⑤下游直线段由③知,下游直线段与坝顶曲线和下部反弧段相切,其与曲线段交点A(5.67,3.83),坡度与非溢流坝段的下游坡相同,取m2=0.8。根据经验,鼻砍挑射角度一般取20°~25°,拟定为θ=20°。因为下游直线段与反弧段相切,且坡率为0.8,由此计算出∠BO2C=tan-1(1/0.8)=51.3°则O2所在高程为HO2=84+19.38=103.38m底宽B=37.35m上游直线段,堰顶曲线段、下游曲线段、下游直线段以及反弧段如图所示。(一)消能防冲设计1、确定鼻坎高程、反弧半径、挑角由溢流坝断面设计部分得知:鼻坎高程为95m,反弧半径为9.0m,挑角为20°。2、计算挑距和下游冲刷坑深度①挑距的计算水舌挑射距离是按水舌外缘计算,其估算公式为式中:L为水舌挑距,m;g为重力加速度,m/s2;v1为坎顶水面流速,m/s约为鼻坎处平均流速的1.1倍;θ为挑射角度,本设计为20°;h128
